The Fabulous 4 has a revenue stream from several areas. The president is a teacher in the local system where the houses will be repurposed/rehabbed. The Vice President is a professional school counselor in the local system as well. The workers which F4 hires reside within the local area. Fabulous 4 has completed or participated in the full or partial rehabbing of eight homes in the Jackson area. Six rehab projects were in under served locations. Therefore the money gained by completing the houses has provided additional resources.
The Fabulous 4 would grow, within areas of distressed housing, through purchasing neglected properties, revitalizing purchased properties, and then invest monies from sold properties . The Fabulous 4 would look to help other start-ups with financial assistance by providing connections and business stability. Through advertising, word of mouth, and social media, the F4 would become an advisory business to start ups providing training and support in establishing a business. That includes trades as well as those businesses associated with the marketing and selling of the properties creating goodwill in the area, F4 would become a distributor of supplies, by purchasing in bulk and distributing to the rehabbing business keeping costs down. The long-range goal would be to expand the F4, by providing clerical jobs, and construction jobs within the stressed area. Then, F4 would develop specific unique businesses (such as web design, promotion, interior design, etc.) which would provide these and other services specific to marketing and sale of properties at a reduced cost but with over-site to help the new businesses succeed. Our approach is simple, we buy houses that have the potential of becoming homes again. We inspect individual homes to determine the maintenance, renovations and rehabilitation that is common to each, and then add those features that are unique to the individual dwellings, creating an inviting personal atmosphere for each home.
